To cancel an unpaid order, go to the order page and select cancel order. If payment is processed and the order is completed, contact hello@korayabeauty.com for assistance. Refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours to the original source of payment.

There are no additional charges for canceling an item or the entire order. You can cancel without incurring any separate fees.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our customer support team on hello@korayabeauty.com

Once your payment (prepaid or COD) is successfully completed, you'll receive an email and SMS confirming your order. If you don't receive these notifications, please contact us at hello@korayabeauty.com and our team will assist you.

COD (Cash on Delivery) is available on orders below ₹3500.

Koraya Beauty offers an easy return policy — you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only if the product is incorrect, damaged, or expired during transit.

We source directly from authorized distributors and brands and conduct strict quality checks to ensure every product is 100% authentic and safe for you.
