Can it remove sunscreen and makeup on its own?

For light makeup and everyday sunscreen, yes. For heavy or waterproof makeup, use an oil cleanser first and let this be your second step. That is what a low pH gel cleanser like this is designed to do best.

Will my skin feel tight afterwards?

It should not. The low pH keeps the cleanser close to skin's own acidity, and the hyaluronic acid and ceramide NP stay behind, so skin feels clean rather than squeaky. If it does feel tight, you are probably massaging too long.

Is it gentle enough for daily use on sensitive skin?

Yes, twice a day suits most people. It is built around Ulleungdo deep sea water with no exfoliating acids, which is why it is a common pick for easily reddened skin. Rinse with lukewarm rather than hot water.
