In the rare event that a product doesn’t meet your expectations, our return, refund, and cancellation policies ensure a fair resolution.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect product received.
- Product damaged during transit.
- Expired or quality-related issues.
- Products must be unused and unopened in original packaging.
Easy Return Requests
Return requests can be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- Log in to your Koraya Beauty account.
- Go to My Orders → Select Order → Click “Return/Refund”.
- Upload product images and submit your request.
Our team will review and arrange pickup if eligible.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Non-Returnable Products
- Opened or used products.
- Products without original seals or packaging.
- Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
- Items purchased during special sales.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
- Cancel through My Orders if the option is available.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
