Cancellation and Return Policy

At Koraya Beauty, we are dedicated to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Every order is carefully processed, packed, and quality-checked before dispatch.


In the rare event that a product doesn’t meet your expectations, our return, refund, and cancellation policies ensure a fair and simple resolution.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

• You received an incorrect product.

• The product was damaged in transit.

• The product has a quality concern or was expired at the time of delivery.

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items in their original packaging and condition.

2. Easy Online Return Requests

If your order qualifies for a return, you can raise a request directly on our website within 5 days of delivery.

To request a return:

• Log in to your Koraya Beauty account.

• Go to My Orders → Select your order → Click on “Return/Refund”

• Select the reason for return, upload product images and submit the request.

Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if eligible.
There is no need to email unless specifically requested by our support team.

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.

4. Non-Returnable Products

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers, certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Opened or used products.

• Products without original seals, packaging, or labels.

• Free gifts, samples, or promotional items

• Items purchased during special sales.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery through the website.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• To cancel an order before it is shipped, log in to your Koraya Beauty account, visit My Orders, and select Cancel Order (if the status allows).

If your cancellation request is approved, any payment made will be refunded within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
