Every order is carefully processed, packed, and quality-checked before dispatch.

In the rare event that a product doesn’t meet your expectations, our return, refund, and cancellation policies ensure a fair resolution.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

• Incorrect product received.
• Product damaged during transit.
• Expired or quality-related issues.
• Products must be unused and unopened in original packaging.

Easy Return Requests

Return requests can be raised within 5 days of delivery.

• Log in to your Koraya Beauty account.
• Go to My Orders → Select Order → Click “Return/Refund”.
• Upload product images and submit your request.

Our team will review and arrange pickup if eligible.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Products

• Opened or used products.
• Products without original seals or packaging.
• Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
• Items purchased during special sales.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.

After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
• Cancel through My Orders if the option is available.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
