Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• During sales or promotional periods, dispatch may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Metro cities: 2–4 working days

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 working days

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors.

• You will receive an SMS and email update with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• A standard delivery fee of ₹75 applies to orders below ₹799.

• Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery Partners

• We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

Order Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number/link via email and SMS once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates continue until the order is delivered.

Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners usually make up to two delivery attempts.

• If you miss the delivery, please use the tracking link to coordinate directly with the courier or contact us for assistance.

• Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed attempts may require additional reshipping charges.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

• If your package appears damaged, tampered, or opened at delivery:

1. Please refuse delivery.

2. Capture clear photos/videos of the package.

3. Email us at support@korayabeauty.in within 24 hours.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• For valid cancellations of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Serviceable Locations

Koraya Beauty ships to all major pin codes across India. We currently do not offer international shipping.
