How often should I use it?

Once or twice a week suits most people. The sugar grains feel coarse at first and soften as you work them, so keep the massage to about a minute with light pressure. The warm caramel scent comes from the sugar itself.

Is it too harsh for sensitive skin?

The granules dissolve as you massage, which is gentler than a fixed-grit scrub, but it is still physical exfoliation. Apply to damp skin, add a splash of water to loosen the sugar, and skip it if your skin is currently inflamed.

Will the shea butter and macadamia oil clog my pores?

They are why skin feels soft rather than tight afterwards, though both sit at the richer end and can bother very blemish-prone skin. It rinses off, so contact is brief; follow with your usual cleanser if you are oily.
