Is it too rich for oily skin?
It is a light, quick-sinking cream rather than a heavy balm, so oily and combination skin usually manage it well. Very dry skin in winter may want a facial oil or an occlusive layered over the top at night.
Can I use it after retinol or an acid night?
Yes, that is a sensible use for it. Centella extract makes up half the formula, with sodium hyaluronate for water and niacinamide for tone. It is not a treatment for broken or badly inflamed skin, though.
Does it pill under sunscreen?
Not usually. When pilling happens with hydrating creams it is nearly always a layering issue, so use a pea-sized amount, wait until it no longer feels damp, then apply sunscreen in a single pass without rubbing back over.
