How often can I use these pads?

Start with two or three nights a week and build up only if your skin stays comfortable. At 4.5% acid complex these are a genuine exfoliant rather than a daily toner, and nightly use usually leads to tightness and flaking.

What should I avoid using them with?

Keep them off the same night as retinoids, benzoyl peroxide or high-strength vitamin C, and give each of those its own evening. Daily sunscreen is not optional once you are exfoliating with lactic and salicylic acid regularly.

Do they really smell of lavender?

Yes, there is a distinct herbal lavender note, included for its calming character. It fades within a minute or two of application. If lavender or essential oils tend to irritate your skin, patch test along the jawline first.
