Should I apply it with hands or a cotton pad?

Hands. It is thicker than a typical watery toner, so pour a little into your palms and press it in. A cotton pad absorbs more than it delivers, and is only worth using if you want a light wipe first.

Is it fragranced?

Yes, noticeably. Reviewers consistently describe a strong floral scent that settles after a few minutes. It is a genuine drawback if you avoid fragrance in skincare, so patch test first if scented products tend to leave your skin red.

Will it feel heavy on oily or combination skin?

Generally no. Despite the thicker texture it absorbs without stickiness and combination skin tolerates it well. In peak humidity one thin layer is plenty, and some people find they do not need a separate moisturiser over it.
