How to use it

With a 5% acid complex, is it safe to use twice a day?

Yes, it is made as a daily wash-off cleanser for morning and evening. Contact time is short, so the AHA, BHA, LHA and PHA blend works gently. If your skin feels tight, drop back to once a day at night.

Does it remove makeup and sunscreen on its own?

It copes well with light makeup and everyday sunscreen. For heavier or waterproof makeup, use an oil cleanser first and let this be your second cleanse. It whips into a soft, cushiony foam and rinses without stripping.

Can I still use a leave-on acid or retinol the same night?

Better to space them out. The cleanser already carries a 5% acid complex, so on nights you use a leave-on exfoliant or retinol, keep the rest of the routine simple and watch for dryness or stinging.
