Will it leave a white cast?

It is a mineral sunscreen using zinc oxide, so a faint cast is possible on deeper skin tones, especially at the generous amount needed for full SPF. Reviewers describe it as minimal, and it settles after a few minutes.

Does it pill under makeup?

Mineral filters are more prone to it than chemical ones. Let your moisturiser sink in fully first, apply the sunscreen in two thin layers rather than one thick one, and leave it to set before anything goes on top.

Is it a good choice for sensitive skin?

That is its intended audience. Zinc oxide sits on the surface rather than absorbing in, and the 41% rice extract stops it feeling drying, which is the usual complaint with mineral formulas.
