How to use it
1. After cleansing, take an appropriate amount and gently apply over the face.
2. Gently massage from chin to forehead in a circular motion and rub the bridge and wall of the nose up and down three times.
3. Gently rinse off with water after 10 minutes.

How do I use it?
Massage a layer onto damp, cleansed skin, leave it for around ten minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. The rice and rice hull powders do their light polishing during that final rinse rather than on application.
Is it too rough for sensitive skin?
It can be. The rice hull particles are genuinely gritty and vary in size, so if physical scrubs normally leave you red, apply it and rinse without massaging, or give this one a miss.
How often can I use it, and can I still use acids?
Once or twice a week is sensible. Keep it off the same day as an AHA or retinol, since stacking a physical scrub on chemical exfoliation is the quickest route to a sore barrier.
