Is the serum sticky or heavy?
No. It has a lightweight, watery texture that absorbs comfortably into the skin without leaving a heavy or greasy finish.
Is it safe for sensitive, redness-prone skin?
That is exactly who it is aimed at, and it soothes rather than exfoliates. Mugwort belongs to the daisy family, though, so if you react to ragweed or chamomile, patch test behind your ear first.
Can I use it with retinol or acids?
Yes. There are no exfoliants in it, so it works well as the calming layer before your stronger actives, or on the alternate nights in between. The niacinamide in it pairs comfortably with most routines.
