How to use it
1. Overnight: Apply the mask at the end of your skincare routine and leave it on overnight. Remove the mask the next morning after a good night's sleep.
2. Daytime: After preparing the skin with toner or serum, apply the mask and leave it on for 3-4 hours or until it becomes transparent.

How long do I need to leave it on?
Give it at least two to three hours, and overnight is where it performs best. The hydrogel starts out opaque and turns clear as it works, which is a useful visual cue that it is ready to come off.
How often can I use it?
Two or three times a week suits most people, and it is gentle enough for that. It is a hydrating and firming treatment rather than an exfoliant, so there is no acid load to space out between uses.
Do I rinse my face afterwards?
No. Peel it off and pat the remaining essence in until it absorbs. You can follow with your usual moisturiser if your skin is dry, though many people find they need nothing else that night.
