Can I use the Calming Serum every day, morning and night?
Yes. It is fragrance-free and built around green tea water, mugwort and panthenol rather than acids, so twice daily after toner and before moisturiser is fine. If your skin is very reactive, start once a day and build up.
Can I layer it with retinol or an exfoliating acid?
Yes, there are no acids in it to clash with. Many people use it as a buffering layer, applying it first and letting it settle before a retinol, or on the nights in between to keep skin calmer.
Is it moisturising enough on its own?
For most people, no. It is a thin, watery serum with panthenol and sodium hyaluronate, so it hydrates but does not seal that water in. Follow with a moisturiser, particularly in dry or air-conditioned rooms.
