These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Koraya Beauty Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by Koraya Beauty ("Company", "we", "us", "our") through the website korayabeauty.com. By registering through our affiliate portal or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you", "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

• You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to participate in the Program.
• You must possess a valid Indian bank account for commission disbursement.
• Applications are submitted through the Koraya Beauty affiliate portal on GoAffPro. There is no separate email application process — all registrations go through the GoAffPro portal.
• Koraya Beauty reviews all applications and reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• You must submit accurate personal and banking information upon registration. Koraya Beauty is not liable for payment failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
• Employees, directors, and immediate family members of Koraya Beauty are not eligible to participate.
• Each individual or entity may hold only one affiliate account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and associated commissions forfeited.

3. Commission Structure

• Commission is calculated on the net order value — excluding shipping fees, GST, and coupon/discount deductions.
• Commission is earned only on in-stock products listed and available for purchase on korayabeauty.com at the time of the transaction.
• If a customer partially returns an order, commission will be recalculated on the value of retained items only.
• If a customer returns the full order or raises a chargeback, the associated commission will be voided entirely.
• Commission on cancelled orders (cancelled before dispatch) will not be payable.
• Koraya Beauty reserves the right to modify the commission rate with 15 days' written notice to active affiliates.
• Commission earned through fraudulent activity, unauthorised self-use beyond the permitted limit, or code manipulation will be voided and may result in account termination.
• Self-use: A maximum of 5 self-use orders per calendar year are eligible for commission. Commission on self-use orders beyond this limit will not be paid.

4. Payment Terms

• Payout Date: The 10th of every calendar month.
• Cycle: 30-day rolling cycle. Commissions from the previous calendar month are confirmed and paid on the 10th of the following month.
• Mode: Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your registered Indian bank account as provided in GoAffPro.
• Minimum Balance: A minimum confirmed commission balance of ₹100 is required before a payout is initiated. Balances below ₹100 will roll over to the next cycle.
• Currency: All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• If the 10th falls on a public holiday or bank holiday, the payout will be processed on the next working day.
• Koraya Beauty is not liable for delays caused by banking intermediaries or incorrect bank details submitted by the Affiliate.
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted from affiliate earnings as applicable under Indian tax law. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax compliance and filings.

5. Affiliate Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You are permitted to:

• Promote Koraya Beauty products on your personal social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Share your Affiliate Code on WhatsApp, Telegram, and personal messaging platforms.
• Create genuine content including reviews, tutorials, unboxings, and recommendations featuring Koraya Beauty products.
• Use product images and descriptions provided by Koraya Beauty in your promotional content.
• Include your Affiliate Code within blog posts, newsletters, and website content you own.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Running paid advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any paid media) that feature or promote your Affiliate Code without prior written approval from Koraya Beauty.
• Bidding on branded keywords including "Koraya Beauty", "Koraya", "korayabeauty.com", or any variation thereof in search engine advertising.
• Misrepresenting, exaggerating, or making false claims about Koraya Beauty products, pricing, or offers.
• Offering cashback, rebates, or financial incentives to customers in exchange for using your Affiliate Code.
• Using Koraya Beauty's name, logo, or brand assets in a manner that implies official endorsement or employment beyond the affiliate relationship.
• Associating the Koraya Beauty brand with political, religious, or controversial content.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Affiliate Code to another person or entity for their use or gain.
• Spamming individuals or sending unsolicited bulk messages promoting your Affiliate Code.
• Distributing your Affiliate Code on coupon, cashback, or deal-aggregator websites without prior written permission from Koraya Beauty.
• Sub-affiliating — allowing others to present your Affiliate Code as their own for commissions on their behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, brand names, logos, and content belonging to Koraya Beauty remain the exclusive property of Koraya Beauty.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Koraya Beauty's brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting the Program in accordance with this Agreement.
• This licence is revoked immediately upon termination of your participation in the Program.
• You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from Koraya Beauty's brand assets.

7. Affiliate Disclosure Requirement

You are required to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Koraya Beauty in all promotional content. This disclosure must be:

• Prominent and visible — not buried in hashtags or fine print.
• Understandable to a general audience — use plain language such as "Use my code [CODE] for a discount", "Affiliate code", "Paid partnership", or "I earn a commission if you use my code."
• Present before or alongside the code mention — not only at the end of the content.

8. Termination

• By You: You may withdraw from the Program at any time via your GoAffPro account or by written notice to hello@korayabeauty.com. Commissions confirmed prior to your withdrawal will be paid on the next scheduled Payout Date.
• By Koraya Beauty: We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately, with or without notice, for: violation of any term of this Agreement; fraudulent activity; reputational harm to the brand; inactivity exceeding 6 consecutive months; or at our sole discretion.
• Upon termination, your Affiliate Code will be deactivated immediately. Commissions earned on confirmed orders prior to termination will be paid on the next Payout Date, unless the termination was triggered by fraud or material breach, in which case all pending commissions are forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• Koraya Beauty's total liability to any Affiliate under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate in the three months preceding the claim.
• Koraya Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Program.
• We make no guarantee regarding the volume of conversions or earnings you may generate through the Program.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time with reasonable notice.
• Koraya Beauty is not responsible for technical issues or coupon code processing failures caused by third-party platforms or systems beyond our direct control.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

This Privacy Policy describes how Koraya Beauty collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information provided by Affiliates in connection with the Koraya Beauty Affiliate Program.

By registering for the Program through GoAffPro, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Identity Information: Full name, date of birth (for age verification).
• Contact Information: Email address, phone number.
• Banking & Financial Information: Bank account number, IFSC code, account holder name — for commission disbursement only.
• Tax Information: PAN card number — required for TDS compliance under Indian tax law.
• Platform Information: Social media handles, website URLs, audience demographics provided during GoAffPro onboarding.
• Performance Data: Coupon code usage, conversions, commission amounts, and order data attributed to your Affiliate Code.
• Communication Records: Emails or messages exchanged with our team at hello@korayabeauty.com.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the Affiliate Program and track your referral performance via GoAffPro.
• To calculate and process commission payments on the 10th of each month.
• To comply with statutory requirements under Indian tax law (TDS deduction, Form 16A issuance).
• To communicate program updates, commission statements, and policy changes.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraudulent activity.
• To improve our affiliate program structure and operations.
• We will not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• GoAffPro: As the platform administrator, GoAffPro processes affiliate registration, tracking, and performance data on our behalf.
• Payment Processors: Banking and payment service providers for commission disbursement — strictly limited to information necessary for the transfer.
• Tax Authorities: As required under the Income Tax Act, 1961 (India) — PAN and payment data for TDS compliance.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, with notice to you.

4. Data Retention

• We retain your personal and financial data for a minimum of 7 years from the date of last activity, in compliance with Indian financial record-keeping obligations.
• Performance and code usage data is retained for the duration of your active participation plus 2 years.
• Upon your written request to close your affiliate account, we will anonymise or delete personal data not required for statutory compliance within 60 days.

5. Data Security

• We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
• Financial data (bank account details, PAN) is stored with encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware, to the extent required by applicable law.
• You are responsible for keeping your GoAffPro account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at hello@korayabeauty.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable Indian law, you have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, withdraw consent for, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@korayabeauty.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Order Attribution & Code Usage Data

• Koraya Beauty tracks orders attributed to you by matching your unique Affiliate Code entered by customers at checkout on korayabeauty.com.
• Commission is attributed solely based on Affiliate Code usage at the time of checkout. Orders placed without your code applied cannot be retroactively attributed to your account.
• We do not use your affiliate code usage data for cross-site advertising or profiling beyond the operation of this Program.

8. Third-Party Platforms

This Privacy Policy applies only to data we collect directly through the Affiliate Program. GoAffPro's own privacy policy governs data collected and processed on their platform. We are not responsible for the data practices of any third-party platform.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates via email. Continued participation in the Program following notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
